Healthcare Providers / Prescribers can order inFoods by following the instructions below. Patients interested in inFoods will order through our screening questionnaire.
Once you complete the New Account Setup Form, it will enter the approval process which may take up to 5 business days.
We will contact you to discuss the onboarding process and implement your office/practice into our CLIA and CAP-accredited high-complexity lab.
Results can be delivered via secure email or fax. You can access the Ethos Lab Results Portal (LabSender) anytime here.
